How Delivery Works
Purchases made on our official store, mytechsoftware.shop, are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, this may include a license key, a download link, or account-based access delivered by email or through the store's order confirmation.
Groupon Redemption Delivery
Groupon customers redeem their voucher through our official redemption portal, which validates the voucher and provides access to the eligible digital product. No physical shipment is involved.
Delivery Timing
Most digital products and license keys are delivered shortly after a completed purchase or successful redemption. If delivery is delayed, contact support and we will investigate.
